SQL Server 2008 setup support rules restart computer

1. Run “regedit” under program->run.
2. Navigate to:

"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager"

3. Double-click on the key “PendingFileRenameOperations” and clear its content or if there are command that should be run copy it to a file then replace it after you finish sql setup. Press “Ok”.
4. Now click on “Re-run” in “Setup Support Files” window & it should pass.
